I placed an order online

I placed an order online, not my first time doing so. The first time was great, I received exactly what I ordered. I just received my latest online order and I'm not very happy. They sent me the completely wrong order. I spent $175.00 on 3 bralettes and 5 pairs of underwear. Their customer service is crap. I got absolutely nowhere when I called. The order summary that came with my order shows what I asked for and is my name etc. Yet, somehow, it was messed up completely. Wrong sizes too, so I can't even wear any of it. I'm not very happy. The return options printed on the back of the slip are for the U.S only. I am in Canada. Do better.

Worst customer experiene in ages ..

Worst customer experiene in ages ... I ordered 3 items e/o Nov 2022. I got a notification that they were supposedly shipped on Dec 1, but I never received the shipment. Instead, I got a confusing update on Dec 16 that there were issues with my order and I would receive a replacement. I then received one out of three ordered items. The chat function on victoriassectret.com is useless, so I called +1 937-438-4197. The support agent was polite and told me that the order has been returned - she couldn't say why and by whom (certainly it wasn't me, as I never received the original order shipment) - and that I should have received a refund - which 5 weeks later is still not the case. I opened a PayPal case over a week ago and no response ... I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM VICTORIA'S SECRET ONLINE ...

The representative was rude, condescending and refused to help me

My first call was cut off and I had to call back. Scarlet was rude and condescending and I will not shop with you guys ever again and I will tell everyone I know because I ordered December 15 and I never got my package. Your people are rude and don’t help. I had to call several times because of my shipment never been received. I don’t need to be given the run around.

Website very slow at restocking perfumes, have been waiting weeks for a restock of two different perfumes. There is is hardly anything to choose from.

Senseless Tracking

I have no idea where the 3rd part of my order is. Victoria's Secret tracking statement says one thing yet USPS system says another. They say that it's in Connecticut where it's supposed to arrive but USPS shows that it's still in Monroe, NJ. So I called them to complain and they're replacing but shipping through DHL instead for guaranteed I guess anyways instead. But don't know how or why this tracking history of my package tells two different sides to this story.

I received an order not ordered by me

I received an order not ordered by me. I tried to send it back, but no chance. The order number does not fit with my mail address (which is natural). Since I am outside of the US there is only one phone number without country code. The given VS mail address does not accept my email because “I am not in the system”. This means: Absolutely no possibility to contact. Worse experience ever. Never ever VS again.

They let you order items that they do…

They let you order items that they do not hold in stock. I ordered four items, only 2 turned up. Apparently they lost one item and couldn't work out when the next would be delivered.

I purchased poor quality products

I purchased panties, took them home and washed them. They shrunk from a size medium to extra small. I went back to the store to return them and they were quite rude. However, after I informed them that I would gladly give them my purchase, but intended to call corporate they finally agreed to exchange them but did not have any availability of the product. I am certainly very unhappy with Victoria Secrets and their lack of quality. I still have not had my issue resolved.

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered 2 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery, nothing arrived. Chased to find the order which was in stock now is not available. Asked to changed order which I did. Was guaranteed next day delivery, nothing arrived. Now 2 days later been told delivery will be in 3 days due to weather conditions. The biggest load of h@#se cr£p I have heard. They now can't deliver if there is snow 200miles from the delivery depot. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

Never purchase the pj set that is pre folded with the bow! Warning they are defective all of them have holes not fully sawn. I wanted cute gifts sets thought it was a perfect idea most had hole on the left leg it isn’t a rip it’s simple didn’t get sawn in properly you can see where the machine missed it. Why they don’t have quality assurance I don’t understand also this isn’t the first time be ware they get rid of their defects during sale times.

I ordered two pairs of slippers £35 a pair, they should have come with bags! When I emailed customer service they informed me that they could give me 10% off, I advised that I would rather have the bags, only to be told they can't send the bags out separately, but they can send the slippers out separately!!! I also ordered 4 miniature perfume set, after 2 day's late it arrived box damaged with an elastic band around it holding it together. I would NEVER recommend Victoria secrets or shop with them again.

Why are you using evri (hermes)

No idea why a company would use Evri (hermes) if VS told me they use that company to delivery parcels i wouldnt have bothered ordering from them.
