Their customer service is so slow. I also ordered from Like New and they sent me the wrong item, which I'm EXTREMELY disappointed about because I wanted a rare color and now it's not available anymore.

After almost 3-4 months of wearing these Lululemon tights on loop, they still look as new as ever! The fabric is silky smooth to touch, and stretchable. The high compression fabric feels like a second skin on hot summer days! The seams are sturdy and durable, and they don't become sheer when I squat.

So get this thing straight, the Lululemon Align Tank is not just a tank; it works a bralette and gives you the ultimate support. Also, the fabric is super soft and gentle on your skin.
The element that truly distinguishes this from other crop tops or bra tops is that something about the design and compression accomplishes the near-impossible for us small-chested ladies: it gives you cleavage. Although it's a workout garment, my little chest never looks alluring in anything without a lot of underwire and padding — yet this tank gives cleavage and comfort.
I usually wear this Lululemon top for hikes and long workout sessions at the gym. The Lululemon top holds up well the entire time. I would highly recommend this tank top to everyone.

All Tied Up Tank Top - Price: $24 - $29 at Lululemon
It's cotton, but I've always found it to be very sweat-wicking in hot weather. I enjoy the Lululemon high-neck since it provides additional coverage, especially barbell cleans. The main drawback is that the knot at the back is inconvenient for floor workouts or trekking with a daypack, but it's simple to untie and re-tie.
These Lululemon pants are in my every airport look, and they're that comfy and warm. Overall it gives a sleek and slim fit that looks well put together.
I love that these Lululemon pants can be dressed up or down as per my choice, and the fabric doesn't wrinkle or look untidy, even after long flights.
The pockets are essential for keeping my phone, keys, and wallet. I wish they were a little higher-waisted, but I believe most people would be content with the just-below-the-belly-button rise.

The Lululemon Align High Rise Short is my favourite pair for everyday wear; it's constructed of a super-soft nylon/lycra blend that isn't overly compressive like many other bike shorts. It remains in place throughout the day and doesn't ride up. It comes in 4 lengths and a tonne of colours.

I bought the Lululemon Polar Pace Jacket on sale and I am disappointed. I am unable to return as it was on final sale. The zipper is flimsy and gets caught to the material and the jacket material is of very poor quality. I have never bought jackets from Lululemon this will be the first and the last jacket.

I just received my lululemon masks and 1 of the 3 is a different colour and is smaller than the other 2 The colour doesn’t bother me as much as the fit. It’s too small The masks are non refundable. I tried calling and was on hold for an entire hour with no answer. I tried the live chat and also nothing. This is by far the worst customer service ever
Great clothes, terrible customer service. The stores’ employees are generally friendly and helpful. The guest education center for the website, however, is repeatedly, reliably horrible. Very very long wait times for help (generally over 40 minutes), and then routinely unhelpful reps once you do connect with someone. Best to avoid online “guest education center” reps at all costs. They’ve earned their name for a reason- they educate customers to AVOID them.
Absolutely awful experience when trying to get top altered at Eaton Centre Lululemon - when I was frustrated at being told something different about alterations, I spoke to the Manager, Melissa - and she really made me blow my top - very condescending and patronizing! where do they train these Managers!! I rarely use 4 letter words but she really bought out the worst in me! sometimes you get very good sales person who are very nice, but lately I've noticed it hasn't been great - and this Manager really was the last unpleasant straw!!!! I ended going to another store and returned both items, even though I meant to keep one of them. Picked up Zella stuff from Nordstrom instead - what a difference in service!
Absolutely horrible customer service! I placed a large order with them online, and the wrong address auto populated. I noticed immediately after the order was placed. Contacted them via email, chat, and tried to call multiple times. Immediately after the order was placed. I got zero response. Then, two days later, the order was shipped. They could have easily prevented this for my order that costed north of $300. And to top it off, I waited over an hour several times trying to call before amd after the packages were delivered. The regional me response I did get, was to take the issue up with fedex, however fedex replied that only the sender could stop the order from being delivered. I explained this in 3 emails BEFORE the order went out for delivery and got zero response. Now I am out $300 and could have bought way more at comparable companies such as TASC Performance which is big in my area. I’m extremely angry and frustrated. I will absolutely never give another dollar to a company that could not possibly care less about their customers. AWFUL
Lululemon sent me the wrong product FOUR times in a row - and I still haven't received the product I ordered. The process, which has been going on for 3 weeks, has left me hugely frustrated, having wasted hours on the phone, sending dozens of emails and dealing with a customer care team, who whilst pleasant, have not been able to help with the simplest of tasks - just sending me the product I ordered. Not the experience you'd expect from a 'premium' retailer.
This online chat system is a waste of time. The virtual agent cannot help you and then sends you off waiting for a live agent that will never contact you. There are better things to do… Too bad lululemon doesn’t really care about the customer.

Slow shipping. Non-existent customer service from “educators.” Giggles at questions. Inconsistent and unreliable information. Overpriced product to have to wait 6 days for shipping from a warehouse when both larger and smaller companies can fulfill order the same day. Terrible customer service. After 1 hour of wait on the phone for an ‘Educator’, she stated what she had to state about shipping and told me to call back after 5-7 business days and showed no willingness to listen and just hung up. I think they can do better…
They shipped me someone else's order. On hold twice for more than 45 minutes and was cut off before anyone answered. Tried the artificial intelligence text services but that was a waste of time because they can not help with ordinary problems if it does not fit into pre-programmed categories. I went to the store to give them the shipment that was meant for someone else and the manager said yes we made a mistake and it is not our problem, and we don't want want it. We would appreciate you sending it back to returns as this store can not handle the problem. They told me I need to take care of it. That means I have to wait on hold another 50 minutes to have someone tell me to print a label, create a shipping container and take it to Fed Ex so that Lulu Lemon can receive back the incorrect shipment they sent me. This is now my problem and they refuse to send me a label and bag to return it to them. So now I am out three hours of my life and have some ladies crop top sweatpants that she is waiting for. I have sent emails and called again and told them I am unhappy and they said someone would call me within two days. Still waiting. LuluLemon really has to rethink their customer service. Saving money at the expense of helping a customer who is trying to do the correct honest thing is the wrong choice.
After reading so much about these “life changing “ leggings I finally ordered some and i am completely gutted. The sizes are WAY off.. the fabric is not butter soft … they look like normal leggings, not very cheap ones but they don’t feel or look premium. I could get the same quality for 1/3 price in tkmax/tjmax I don’t understand what all the hype is about 😐

Same issue as most others who’ve reviewed here, grrrrrr. Received notification that my package had been delivered when in fact it hadn’t and I’ve been home all day. Tried to contact them within seconds of rec’ing the notification , got stuck in chat queue for forever only to be told that they’d ‘investigate’ and get back to me in 4 days. What the actual flock? The purchase is/was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. An answer in four days is not adequate, a replacement or refund immediately would be the only acceptable solutions. With the price point of these items, we should all be receiving white glove treatment and being put off through a chat is bullsnarky. (The representative was very polite, my criticism is if Lululemon dreadful policies,not the rep)
Contacted the Lululemon customer service re a product I recently purchased which was defective and was told they are too busy with Xmas sales, but I should check back in the new year, when they may have time to address the situation ...... is this what you pay top $ for? Lousy product quality and even worse customer service.
Lululemon sent me three ladies items including a bra when, in fact, I ordered to items for a man! I tried to call, email and live chat - all with no success! I returned items received 5/12 and still have had no communication re. my refund. This must be the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I would never order or shop from Lululemon ever again!
Horrible cs.. fix up!!!! I placed an order for pickup for a jacket that was only in stock in the size needed 30 mins away. Received a confirmation email that it would be ready in 24 hours. Called the next day for a status update, waited 25 mins to get through only to be told that it’s still in the processing phase and It would take 6-8 days to process, which I didn’t understand since it was a pickup. So I hung up and contacted the store directly but couldn’t get through. The following day received an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation. So frustrated at this point, I called their cs # and yet again waiting over 40 mins before hanging up. I reached out via video chat and got through promptly. Agent I spoke to this time around was pleasant, but she couldn’t give reason why my order was cancelled given that that location the order dropped was still showing stock. This jacket is a Christmas gift for my daughter, the only thing she really wants, so I will end up going in store to purchase it, but I will absolutely not be supporting this company again. Great clothing just terrible service, Not worth the hassle!!!!
If i could give 0 stars I would have. Unbelievable how lululemon has one of the worst customer service online I have ever experienced. USPS obviously lost my package because I never received it and tracking from USPS stopped updating on 12/7. I placed my ordered on 11/21 and I have no refund or package. Their online chat is a joke. First, no one was available to chat waited for over an hour. Second time, Christian wanted me to wait and see if it would arrive and contact them on 12/13 if it hadn’t arrived. Lastly, contacted them again and they wanted to “trace” the package. I requested an immediate refund and was denied. NEVER will I order from lululemon online or in store. Poor customer service !!!

Exactly the same experience as the previous reviewers No customer service whatsoever, ordered item 27/11/22 still not arrived. UPS site not updated . They also reported the wrong address had been put on label by the company although I supplied my correct home address. I have called 6 times emailed 7 times with absolutely no response whatsoever. It is shameful. Live chat never responds. UPS I have called 6 times .I suspect they have a crate full of lululemon misaddressed packages . I just want a refund but since I cannot contact them how is this ever to be achived ??? They are a disgrace and I advise anyone NOT to order from them on line .
Terrible, terrible customer service. As a fellow Canadian and a lover of Lululemon, my opinion of the brand has forever changed after my horrible experience with customer service at Lululemon EU. No responses to chats, no responses to email, refund has not been issued, products on the website are cancelled. Overall, one of the worst online shopping experiences ever.
The order edit and return policies are terrible. I received someone else’s order which included their name, address, email, & phone on the order slip. It took me FOUR hours to finally get a person to talk to. I have to reorder the pants I didn’t receive and wait for a refund to be issued. I was instructed to call customer service again in a week to see if the remainder of my order has been processed so I can again ask for a refund of the item I never received. I have had several horrendous experiences with Lululemon. This will be my last.
Awful experience, order never arrived, no refund, avoid. I spent an hour trying to speak to customer services without success. Sent two emails and no reply. Called UPS twice to update delivery address as they had incorrect details and still no delivery.

After wearing my Lulus for 3 years (my husband calls them stretchy pants) I ran into a rose bush and they had a hole. Went to store in KC. Asked about repairs and they replaced. Seriously. Seriously! Amazing. Spent my new stretchy pant budget on lulu panties. Another great purchase.
2nd time ordering from Lululemon UK, the address you input in the order doesn’t pull through in full so UPS have only limited info and have had to email me to find out my full address. I noticed this straight away and contacted lululemon, slow to respond and no offer to try and fix, I have to call UPS myself. Definitely last time I order from here.
I have had issues with them sending me the wrong items, things i didn’t even order or messing up orders they do try to fix it so i will give them 4 stars for that The people are nice but they do make a lot of mistakes. Shipping is quick with Fedex Quality of items is good to except some pants do get resined they have a quality promise but when you go to a store they always try to make excuses not to change the item lol
Never received my order that was placed on the 25 of November. It got to UPS and UPS kept emailing me that it was due for delivery but everyday they would email me to postpone delivery to the next day until finally two days ago they sent me congratulations your parcel had been shipped but to where? It was sent back to lululemon as they only included my name in the package. :) Also i have been calling lululemon everyday no one had answered me yet, i called and waited for 2 hours today but with no luck i was on hold the whole time. Please do not shop online from lululemon it is a scam they are not proffessional and with 0 morals. i will be shopping at ALO Yoga instead.
My order experience has been horrible. The first order I placed, I was sent the wrong item and after contacting customer service I was told the right item could was no longer in inventory. I shipped the wrong item back and received a full refund. I tried again placing a second order. After not receiving any notification regarding shipment, I reached out to customer service for an update and never received a response. Fifteen days after placing my order and still not receiving any communication other than an order confirmation email, I called to inquire about the status. I sat on hold for 30-45 minutes waiting to speak with an agent. The agent could not find any information in the system so a case was opened. Later that day, I received an email update stating my order had been canceled due to inventory issues and apologized for the inconvenience. The experience ordering has been horrible, the communication has been horrible and all the way around has left a bad taste in my mouth for product I was beginning to really love. I'm so disappointed. Just terrible. Avoid

I was a regular customer of Lululemon, but after my recent experience, I think I will shop with Sweaty Betty instead. My online order has gone through twice, for some unknown reason and I have been charged twice. I tried to cancel one of the orders right away but it didn't work. I contacted them via chat, telephone and email, and no one has responded. I am now being sent the same order twice - which I will automatically return. But what a waste of time, delivery, money etc, when if they'd ACTUALLY PROVIDE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, it could have been cancelled right away and resolved. For the amount of money you spend, you expect good customer service, but Lululemon don't seem to have ANY!
The most horrendous service that anyone could imagine. I received a product in damaged condition and they agreed that I can return it but they make it impossible for me to return it by not providing me with a return shipping label despite their promises and refusing to communicate with me.

I got a gift card at Christmas so ordered several orders to use up the gift card amount. Items are very expensive and sizing confusing as in US not UK. I found delivery to be fast though, ordered on 11.2.23 and delivery was here by 15.2.23. Returned one item to store with no issues. For second order, I returned one item to a UPS point on 25.2.23 and refund was issued by 1.3.23. I had a question for customer service and they replied same day.

Online price for Align leggings is £88. I ordered a pair and received them with a price tag clearly saying £78. If you decide to up your prices - remember to change your price tags! I have returned as also their leggings come at least 1 size too big.
Leggings are appalling quality - piling and fraying seams after one wash on delicate cycle. Very lightly used. Customer service is rubbish - ive sent so many pictures of the issue and they just keep replying asking for more of the same pictures in gibberish emails that make no sense.
Me and my friends purchased a jacket for a friends birthday in November, which she never received. When contacting Lululemon they told us that this was an issue with UPS. UPS then pushed the blame on Lululemon. After 4 months of going back and forth Lululemon said there is nothing they can do as the order was 4 months ago. It has been 4 months as Lululemon didn't want to take responsibility even though they are responsible legally as the 'sender' Instead they pointed the finger and wasted our time leaving My friend without a birthday present and £83.30 out of pocket. Will never be shopping with this brand again and will be spreading the word regarding their terrible service. Not something I expect from a so called luxury brand!!
Unbelievably painful returns process, and poor customer service. Tried to do an online return for some shorts I bought - kept getting an error message right at the end of the process, so eventually decided to use the online chat function. The guy was obviously dealing with multiple customers at once, and kept sending me the wrong messages relating to someone else's query. It took over 15 minutes of "chatting" to have the return processed. It shouldn't be that difficult in this day and age!
Disgusting treatment of customers. There is zero customer service where no one picks up the phone, no one responds and then when they do you get passed from email to dm to absolutely nowhere. I have no present for my daughter despite ordering weeks ago. Absolutely shocking from an expensive brand. You should be ashamed taking customers money and then not providing the product. I have ordered online on the 27th November. On the 30th still not received dispatch info. Tried to get in touch but live chat is actually not a live chat. Sent an email and auto reply says to expect an answer in 1-2 working days. On the 1st Dec got email that Lululemon has prepared the order and will only be picked up by carrier 5th December but still no delivery date.

Very poor service - promised to deliver 3-5 business days but failed - still waiting for goods - my opinion don’t order on line but in shop but sadly selection is then limited - the chat line is a waste of time, they tell you that you are in a queue but don’t tell you how long the queue is or wait time - rang them took almost an hour to answer - then got told staff not available and who wants to work in retail customer services…all in all great product but great on line failure!

I ordered some items during black Friday and considering the size of Lululemon and the cost of the items, I assumed that the items would be slightly longer to get out but not necessarily 5days long. Having tried to call customer services, despite calling during the hours they're open they said the customer services were closed. Then I went on to LiveChat 3 times and yet no one could locate my order but false promises were given. After all the contact I'm still none the wiser...very frustrated!
I have placed an order. Typed the address correct, but it appears on the order confirmation with a missing line. Contacted Lululemon ASAP - they couldn't help me in correcting the address. I could to try to call UPS was their best assistance and then the chat was cancelled without notice. Now I have tried to call on the phone for app. one hour. If i could give negative stars they wuold get five stars. I would have cancelled my order, but it was not possible after 60 min.
placed an order several weeks ago as a birthday present for my daughter and still not received! i’ve called every day for a week and every time they say it’s will be delivered the next day and it never arrives! customer service here is terrible and they don’t even speak english! absolutely appalling! will never be ordering again.
Ordered for daughters birthday. Email saying arriving next day… never arrived chased on chat help line said were just late - but on way. Called three days later as still not arrived (daughters birthday now passed) told problem at customs and being returned to supplier. Poor customer service - would not use again

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Non existent customer service They have taken my money and provided no answers to queries regarding delivery. They should be closed down. Next step is to start proceedings to recoup my money!
They say: "Our quality promise: If our product does not perform for you, we will take it back." Trouser seams were coming apart after less than a month - shoddy quality despite price tag. Shop assistants in Regent Street refused exchange - insisted that repair was only option - means further delay and two trips into store to sort, despite their product quality being the issue.
