Gimmicky, overpriced and non fitting.

Socks are of questionable quality and slide about in shoes, pretty much guaranteed to create a blister if left on long enough, the Y stitched heal is not in the correct place most of the time despite having the correct sized socks. Very overpriced for what they are will stick with my cheaper socks.

Nice socks

I was initially frustrated as the socks wore larger than I expected and I did not get a response to my 3 requests for help from their site. I now wonder if they have technical problems with the onsite help requests. When I emailed them directly I did get a response quickly, and the customer care was really wonderful. The socks feel great, it's just a matter of finding the right fit for me as I seem to be right between sizes.

I am so frustrated! I emailed the happiness team 3Xs and no response. I also tried chatting with a team member on the site. They asked how they could help and I answered. Never heard back from them. I have ordered in the past but when I try to place an order now, I can't get the payment to work. Their chat people want me to use a different form of pmt but I want to use my regular Visa card, not paypal or some other internet based payment system. So I have to find a new sock manufacturer.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. £10 for one pair of socks. Fine - if they're amazing socks. I have 10 for £10 socks that are 10x better than these. They frayed and fell apart after 2 hours of wearing. I can't believe they can get away with this.

Great service after making contact!!

Was able to get in contact after failed emails. Gentlemen was able to help and is sending replacement socks for the problem ones that did not fit. He said they were getting a new system and alot of emails were not pulling up. Happy for the great service once I was able to make contact!

No customer service

I ordered a pair of slipper socks in a size recommended by the company. They were way too large. No one answers the phone so you have to go online. I forgot my password and was told they would send me a code to my email. It never came. I tried twice more and nothing. I need to exchange the slippers for a smaller size but just cannot reach them

Pros and Cons

Pros: shirt is luxuriously soft Con: it has the same issues some light merino wool shirts have which is a clingy fit on the body. I was surprised the XL fit tighter than other brands I've tried. I think I'll try sizing up but again the material is lovely.

Active underwear is the bomb…as!

I recently purchased the no-show thongs active pack and put them through the test during a very intense treadmill/hitt class combo. LOVED them. They did not move at all, which is really all you can ask for. My very fit friend also tried them and gave them a two thumbs up. We can’t wait to add more to our collection!

Loyal Customer for Years… Until Now

I’ve purchased Bombas a few times of the last few years. The first 3-4 batches (both my spouse and I wear Bombas) were great. They lasted a long time. They fit well. They were soft and comfortable. The last couple of hauls have been insanely tight. We primarily get the Classic Crew. I don’t know what changes they have made, but they are much lower quality than they used to be. My spouse couldn’t even get the top past his ankles it was so tight. He is the same size and I ordered the same size he’s always worn. This is the second order that’s been like this and I’ll probably go with Stance or Maggie’s next time. I like Bombas’s mission, but if the product is awful, it really isn’t worth it. I wish they’d go back to their original production or whatever.

No-Show, no-slide…NO-WORK.

The Bombas normal, regular socks are great, however, the socks I normally wear are no-show and this review is only based on that style. These no-show socks absolutely do not live up to their claims. Within 10 minutes of putting my shoes on those socks have already slid off my heel into the shoe. I washed them in cold water on the delicate cycle and let them air dry. No dryer used. This is one of the most aggravating things because I trusted their claim of not sliding off the heel and I paid good money for that thinking I finally found the perfect no-show. BIG FAIL! Don’t waste your money on the no-show, no-slide socks.

Wasn't shopping for compression socks

Received a multi-pack of bombas for Christmas and was excited to try them after seeing the multitude of ads I never acted on. Well these socks are like torture devices. Perhaps good compression socks for flying, but for daily wear they are super uncomfortable. Can't wait to remove at the end of the day and massage out the welts they've left on my calves. Hopefully they'll loosen up but I've never had to break in socks before. Wish I could exchange for the pairs they've donated, which hopefully aren't strangling the feet of those in need?

Hard to exchange, basically no customer service

I ordered slippers for Christmas and need to exchange for a different size. When I went to the website to do that you can’t do it there! I had to send them a message with my request and then they emailed me a form letter that said it would be a few days before they could help me. I have never seen a company that does it this way. Bad customer service. No phone number. If they stand behind their product 100% they should make it easy to exchange. UPDATE 1/10/22 I did contact Bombas through Instagram as they requested in their reply to me. They got right back to me right away and made the exchange for me. It was very easy. I received the new slippers yesterday and they are perfect. I updated my rating to a 4 star.

Be Aware of Lightweight No Show

While my family enjoys these socks, I am beginning to question the quality. I wear the lightweight no show with my sneakers on a regular basis. They have quickly worn at the toe area and I have thrown multiple pair away due to holes. Be cautious of this if and when purchasing these socks.

No real customer service - at first

The women’s slippers run small - unless they are supposed to fit super tight. Okay, fine, 100% satisfaction guarantee so we will just exchange them for the next size up - good luck! It is close to Christmas so they are too busy to take phone calls and it can take two days to get an email reply. The first attempt at exchanging they said they were out of the size we needed even though the website shows them in stock and will gladly let you purchase them. Four days into this process and we are no closer to a resolution. The customer service is almost nonexistent with this company. Update: 12/30/2022 Customer service did reach out to us and replaced our order with the next size up. When we received service, it was great. As for the slippers themselves, they are nice. It would be better if they had more sizes (for the price they should be fitted). If you are near the end of a size range, they will probably fit like tight socks. If you get the next size up, they may be a little loose on your feet.

Its more of a question, than a review. Watching the commercials, a customer buys a pair of socks, BOMBAS will donate a pair, so is the FIRST pair overpriced, being the customer paid so BOMBAS can get that donation, when the customer is the one that should get that donation write off......If you have bought this, have a complaint, go to FACE BOOK, post there...I won't buy into this!

Quality down big time, not the same quality socks from 3-4 years ago

I ask for a Bombas 6pack every year for xmas (that’s it, just socks!) and have noticed the quality of the socks are nowhere near where they used to be say 3-4 years ago. It’s a totally different sock, and much much thinner. Not the same experience. I don’t see much difference between the current versions and let’s say an adidas/puma ankle sock. They just don’t hug my feet like the old ones, no longer worth it in my opinion. My dad gets these for me every Xmas, and I definitely wouldn’t tell him because he thinks they are expensive as is, but wanted to share my feedback.

If Chick-fil-A made socks, that’s Bombas !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For a TON of reasons !!! Ordered a pair of slippers for my girlfriend for Christmas. For some reason they shipped to an address I hadn’t lived at in years. Unfortunately they had already reached the old address when I finally noticed. Reached out to Bombas on Instagram and they not only responded almost immediately but also we’re able to correct my mistake and send another pair out in time for Christmas. Customer service was amazing and friendly. Could not of asked for a better experience.

Guarantee

Although I had a quality issue with there Merino Wool socks, they lived up to there guarantee easily without complications. Hats off to Bombas.
