I'm a longtime Nordstrom customer, currently at "Ambassador" level due to spending quite a bit annually, mostly on-line purchases. I recently reviewed shoes I bought during the Anniversary sale... clearly defective/poor workmanship ...I naively believed that all honest reviews were published....but No, they are not. I followed their rules, was respectful, didn't mention any other review, nor had I placed personal info there....I just received a Reject email haha.....so, sadly I see that they r dishonest, despite their great reputation, I will now know that poor reviews are going to be always missing...they must just place "A Very Few carefully screened slightly negative ones" to give appearance of objectivity

My favorite department store at which time shop precisely because their customer service is so great. They’re not the highest end and don’t always carry what I’m looking for, but I know that if I’m not satisfied with something, they will explore options to return or exchange well beyond when other stores might. To be honest, that helps me to pull the trigger on purchases I’m not sure about. Which I usually end up loving and keeping! But it’s the generous and human return policy that keeps me loyal and adventurous, if that makes sense.

Quick response but doesn’t resolve…

Quick response but doesn’t resolve issues quickly. Major issues with shipping and lost packages. LSOV being the main problem, but Nordstrom doesn’t want to resolve the problems with lost packages and slow shipping. What used to be a high end store with great customer service has declined so terribly. They seem to be more worried about exposure, influencers and sales. Maybe Bloomingdale’s would be a better place to shop.

their website is easy to navigate and use. They offer free shipping and returns on practically everything, and most beauty purchases also come with free gifts. I’ve never received a damaged or broken item in shipping, Nordstrom packages their items really well (and they tend to include coupons which is always a bonus). Best of all, Nordstrom’s website is fantastic with price-marching other retailers. So if you find the item cheaper at Sephora or MACY’S, you can skip the hassle of paying for shipping and simply get it at Nordstrom. Win-win!

I am very disappointed in Nordstroms…

I am very disappointed in Nordstroms customer service. It is outsourced. They go by scripts, unable to answer questions and if it is anything outside the norm cannot help you but give you an answer that will satisfy you. I ordered an item online. When I received it…it was not the item I ordered. It was something completely different. The receipt clearly showed that the item was NOT what I ordered. I went online and initiated a return. I sent with the item…the receipt included with the wrong item along with the invoice from the online return (which you have to do because they do not include shipping labels now.). This was June 1, 2022 I have been trying to get a refund for weeks. The last time I chatted with a supervisor whom told me she could help me. while I got some canned responses she told me to ignore. She came back and told me she could see that a refund was initiated and I should see it within 36 to 72 hours. And I repeated this back to her…and she said yes and that she would contact them to expedite it. It is now 7/6….8 days…320 hours…and still no refund…..it was obvious she never spoke to anyone….they just go by a script. It is so frustrating…not to get a refund for receiving the wrong item.

Nordstrom is a store you know you will find good quality and love when they have there special sales twice a year...All things bought from Nordstrom have been superb quality...They are times where service can be slow but they make up for it when you ask god help...Another great store to shop for the Holidays

long-time Nordstrom shopper--no more.

I have shopped at Nordstroms for decades. During the pandemic, I started shopping more online--especially after the store within driving distance closed for lack of business (and no store is worth a 3-hour round trip drive). I am not a "high end' buyer and mostly bought cotton tops, blouses, and sweaters and occasionally cosmetics/fragrances. Their own brand of Caslon was always reliable: tops in a variety of seasonal colors that would wash and wear MANY times. However, in the last year or so, those old reliables have become cheap (as in thin material) and with fewer options-only basic colors now. I started shopping more for comparable items at Macy's, Land's End, and lesser known but reliable organic cotton/fair trade Fair Indigo--all with superior quality, often better pricing with sales (which N. RARELY has), and dependable ordering/delivery. But in the last day or two, they did have a good sale on some of the items I liked. I ordered one, received it, then decided to order another because sale price was good (and rare). However, it said only "one" left, so I placed order immediately, saw that it went to my cred.card immediately, but never got the usual email confirmation. I checked the next day: item still listed as "one" available--still on my c.c as "pending' and still no confirmation. Long story short, a live chat confirmed that they have no record of my order! I told them if the change doesn't fall of my credit card within a day or two, I will tell my c.c. company that it is fraudulent. It saddens me to say this because they were so reliable for so long, but Nordstroms is now overpriced trash. Too many other places to shop (see above). Update: I did receive the top but am still unhappy that customer chat could not confirm it when ordered. Also: still disappointed with decline in quality of these tops.

Nordstrom has a rewards program that allows you to shop there or the rack, their return policy and products far exceed their competitors. I continue to find mind blowing clearance price on their Rack app and have always loved shopping at all their locations nationwide.

I have shopped at Norstrom for a long time but lately I have been disappointed with not only their inventory (lack of) but also their declining customer service. It seems to take much longer these days for my orders to arrive - up to 3 weeks. their customer service is failing me as well. Their interface now requires a separate log in to print a return label. Their online support is all but invisible at time when I need answers. I cannot recommend nordstrom as a high end shop anymore.

Good experience and this is a true review. You need to know how to reach out, but Heather from the Chat today has been super helpful and soluted my problem within 2 mins..would order from Nordstrom again and find they have always all the amazing extraordinary stuff

Returned a luxury shoe- great experience Oakbrook Location

Returned a luxury show that was to small. Ty & Maryam G at the Oakbrook IL made my experience great. Ty works with a spirit of excellence he did everything he could to be my experience easy. There was also 1 other gentleman that worked in shoe department on the register on 2/20 he did great but I couldn’t see his name tag! I was so upset because nordstrom returned my uggs that i ordered for my brother. luckily an amazing employee at phipps nordstrom named Kaiya Brooks found the uggs in the back after i had asked other employees to look. If anyone needs a raise it’s her because she is deticated to her job and customer service.

Beware international consumers

Bought two of the same dress for $69 each cost £156 and then had to pay £65 for customs which was not clearly stated on their website. The dresses are of poor quality and colours are not the same as advertised on the website.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service! Their website crashed several times during their sale and they would not honor the promo code even after me reaching out multiple times. I have been a long time customer and now they have lost me as a customer for good because of their poor customer service skills. Their clothes are hit or miss, some of them are very cute while some of them look nothing like the pictures. Make sure to keep the tags on because they won’t return it without one. I don’t recommend this company, they don’t value their customers.

Spent 40 bucks on tax fees on a $70…

Spent 40 bucks on tax fees on a $70 dress (+30 for delivery). The dress isn't my size so I'll have to send the dress back at my expense... meaning I'll have no dress and spend close to 100 euros for nothing. Quality isn't great either.

Terrible shipping/returns

Ordered a dress that ended up being too small when I tried it on. Dress was $64 on the website - Was charged $94 on my credit card and another $30 in import fees. Now to return it, I need to pay return shipping and am only being refunded $55 from Lulus. In total, paid $140 for a $64 dress and am not even being refunded half of the total I have spent. Ridiculous.

I bought a beautiful strapless dress from lulus. I was worried that it might not stay up and that I would be pulling it up all the time but there is a type of elastic sown into the top of the dress to keep it up. Besides height, the model was more or less the same size as me and the dress fits exactly how it does on the model, besides the fact that it is about an inch too long however I was expecting that. With a higher pair of heels the dress is the perfect fit in every way. I bought my dress from Ireland and import fees were €38 which is a bit steep but considering the dress was only $89 and shipping was $21 I was very happy, most debs dresses here cost between €300 - €500. I would 100% recommend this brand!

terrible business

Lulus no longer provides a slip of your order in the packaging. Was unable to locate my order number and had trouble getting through to their chat because it kept getting “disconnected”. Finally got my order number to begin my return. Went to look at my return status as it’s been over two months and they are saying it is not eligible for refund. $400 worth of clothes that I did not like and will lose out on money. Clothes are overpriced and business is a scam.

I am Lulus customer since 2018 at least- for sure way before they had their rewards program available. Lately, I made 3 separate orders with many different varieties of clothes and I always loved Lulus never ever had problem with them until last incident. They sent me 3 packages and I was happy thinking oh those are my 3 orders! 2 orders I received were mine , another order was not MINE!! I was at first thinking maybe it’s a package for a neighbor and checked the label and all 3 packages had my information so there were my packages. I feel bad for a person who won’t receive their clothes on time or thinking they are lost. Of course I called Lulus and told them about the situation. I was assured my 3rd order is on the way and it will arrive some time in July. The agent asked me if I can return it if she will send me the label. I mean I don’t have a problem with it but it’s my time my gas and potentially another cost for a bag or a box at my cost because I ripped off the foil you sent me a package in?! I dropped it at UPS yesterday and was able to stick this ripped bag with some tape and lady at UPS accepted that but it’s really crazy I was thinking the company only cares for items to be returned and not for my experience as coming back and loyal customer. Again I understand mistakes happen but Seriously more empathy would be great!…

Affordable and amazing

I ordered the Duchess Ivory Lace Bell Sleeves maxigown. The dress was exacly like in the photos, so thoroughly made, I was so surprised at this affordable price! It also came with a dress bag for the closet. The shipping to Norway was surprisingly super quick. The dress is absolulely gorgeous!! Can warmly recommend this store 🤩

Understanding company

I bought a beautiful dress it was great quality and super cute. However I got very sick and was unable to wear it. I ended up hospitalized and didn’t make the return in time. Chris L. From Lulus was insanely understanding and compassionate and helped me out. Amazing company will definitely continue buying from them.

I have several pieces from Eloquii. All of them are unique and beautifully worn with class and grace. I feel really good when I wear your garments. I assure you that I get more compliments with every piece on my body. I am plus-size, and comfortable in the skin that I am in. Your clothing from which I have purchased, are first class accessories. This is a horrible company

This is a horrible company. Do not get involved with them! Their clothes are nice but the company itself is underhanded -- they billed me for almost a year for a "subscription plan" that I did not know I was subscribing to and when I called to cancel it -- well it was just too bad for me that I paid them $85/month for almost a year - they still wanted me to pay for the two items i chose from the evaluation of the subscription plan that i did not know was a permanent plan - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I recently bought the Pink Moto Jacket…

I recently bought the Pink Moto Jacket from Eloquii. I ordered a size 18, which is my usual size, and I think the fit was spot on. Usually, jackets are too tight in the arms for me, but this one fits perfectly. The material was a little thinner than other moto jackets out there, but I don't think it takes away from the quality or the construction of the garment.

Amazing styles but a little expensive I've ordered twice from ELOQUII and both orders arrived withing 2 weeks (I'm in Canada) in perfect condition. It's hard to choose anything because there are so many great options... However, I find some items quite pricey. 65 $ for a cotton top (search Bow Detail Button Up Top) ? Come on now.

I've bought from Eloquii multiple times

Eloquii.com always has unique looking clothes. I have ordered from Eloquii numerous times through the years. The material of their clothing is very well made and closer to high end, in my opinion. However, I've bought a few items because they looked so nice on the model and once I try it on, I realize that the item wasn't meant for me! haha. So for me, their clothing can be hit or miss depending on what I purchase. Since I'm an apple shape, I'm learning what looks good on my body type. Trial and Error! They have great sale/final sale items/pricing!

I anticipated an eventual purchase of merchandise from Eloquii in near future. However, this morning I saw 2 disturbing models, one obese model in an animal print swimsuit and matching hat/cap. The other in an off white pantsuit, with jacket open an bare chested.... boobs showing and pants too tight around abdomen area. I know we live in a society against body shamming, but these two women looked atrocious in these outfits. They destroyed my desire to purchase either garment. No one is saying they shouldn’t model, but please dress them in items more complimentary to their body and overall appearance please.

I can’t get thru to customer service about an order. Worst company ever. I tried email, calling and asked for chat option. Hold for long periods on time and hung up on twice when pressed option for text/chat feature.

You can find better quality for less money elsewhere

The clothes are cute and they did a nice collaboration with Reese Witherspoon’s line. It’s awesome that they are pretty much devoted to clothing for plus size women. That said, you can find the same or similar quality on Amazon or elsewhere for far less; they seem to price everything at $99 by default regardless of what it is. Shipping takes forever (I think you can use Shoprunner and get it down to two days but if you don’t it’s annoying) and returns are a pain. They do very little in the way of sleeveless styles and lightweight fabrics, and almost everything is synthetic fabric, so for hot weather, you might just want to skip them.

Highly overpriced for the quality and service you receive. International return is a pain and they charge you for return shipment. Designs are nice but definitely not worth the price tag.

Don’t do business with ELOQUII

Don’t do business with this company. I placed order # 07533063 on Thursday 1/7/21 at 10am and paid $37.00 for next day shipping. On their website it clearly state that if a order is placed before 12 pm you are guaranteed deliver by next day. so I paid the $37.00 dollars so I could get my order by Friday. Today is Friday and I have not received my order. I called this morning at 10am spoke with a rep and she guaranteed me I would get my order Saturday before I leave for business on Sunday. Well the order did not go out till 5 pm and then I finally get email with shipping number and when I track it FedEx show it won’t be delivered on Saturday but on Monday becuase ELOQUII PUT NO DELIVERY ON THE WEEKEND on the fedex package Then I try to call them abd of course they close at 5pm So now I won’t be home to get my stuff because I leave Sunday. I did not get the right information from the rep and I won’t get my package. And they took my money This is the worst service ever. They took my money for the shipping and the order and did not fulfill my order. I’m reporting them to BBB ELOQUII IS A AWFUL COMPANY !
