The tracking order said that it was in "customs" for about 1 month, and then when I checked in mid-May it said that the tumbler was delivered to Miami, FL. I live in PA (and have never lived in Florida). So we contacted the email address and was told to wait paitently for 3-5 business days to check the "warehouse" and never had a reply. I received my package and it was missing an item so I reached out to customer service to submit a ticket and it was days since I heard back so then I reached out via phone support. The rep proceeded to let me know that the missing item was packed in the order so the package must've been opened and stolen... the package was clearly unopened. I found it odd that they did not want to admit that it was most likely an oversight from their team. I get that items get missed when packaging and handling however when I proceeded to ask when I can expect to receive the item, the rep hung up mid-call and then followed up via email and marked the ticket as resolved. After writting a mail to the customer service, they told me that my adress is not complete so they can not sent the order. First, after verifying, my adress is as complete as it cans. Second, I would have loved to change it right after I placed the order if they told it to me it was wrong, not waitig for me to wonder where my order is. I sent them a relative's adress for them to ship the order but still no news.
