Total ripoff. I didn't like the two rugs, thought them thin, cheap and certainly not worth $109.00 each, especially when one can get a wool rug for that or less at home depot etc. But that's personal taste. What isn't is how expensive it is to return a rug to ruggable---they charge a whopping $25 return fee---that's how they are really making their money. And that's $25 for EACH of the two rugs I bought. $50 to return two rugs it probably didn't cost them that to make. What a joke. I'd never buy from them again. You should avoid them.

I loved the rugs but the pads underneath the rugs were way shorter than they rug and looks very sloppy on my floors. The pads didn't even come close to fitting underneath in the corners to hold them. The most upsetting was the fact that they charged me $25 to return a $160 rug.

I love ruggables!! I have ordered 4 so far, the first being over 3 years ago. They hold up well and are true to their promise of being easy to clean. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they are expensive. I only order when I have a coupon, but even then they're pricey. With 3 cats who often leave me little [unwanted] presents having rugs that I can wash myself is imperative. I really want to buy a large living room rug but know it won't fit in my washing machine has me on the fence. We'll see. But for runners and doormats, don't hesitate! They're great!

We just ordered our 5th Ruggable rug, two of which are 9 x 12! I washed the 4 we have right now over the weekend and they all came out beautifully! We do have a rather large capacity Samsung washing machine, less than a year old. As we were told, even the 9 x 12s fit in it with room to spare. I used Tide pods and a small amount of liquid fabric softener in the machine's cups. Once the cycle was over for each rug, I used the spin-only setting 4 additional times ( Just for the 9 x 12s.) My dryer does not have an air-only setting, so I used "low." The big rugs took two, 80-minute cycles to dry. I left them a tiny bit damp to aid with positioning. We have two pugs who like to pee from time to time in the house, so we are very grateful for the ability to wash the rugs!!!

I’m a designer and have ordered approximately 10 rugs for clients as well as a few for myself. 4x6 being the largest, a few 3x5 and mostly runners, which are fabulous in the kitchen. I have one in mine and I’ve washed it at least 7 times and it looks like the day I unboxed it ‼️ Two people are needed to assemble the rug to the pad only because it takes a couple of tries to get it even. The delivery is a bit slower than I’d like but other than that I have No complaints. I haven’t had to return any yet so I don’t know how the return process is but I’d guess it’s hassle free.

Tried the new Premium Rug. Save your money and no help from customer service. I am a current Ruggable owner but the new “premium” is awful. Customer service said the rugs are “dyed and then woven.” This should mean the color goes all the way through. It doesn’t. The pattern was simply printed on the top 1/8” of the pile with the remaining length underneath being white. Just touching it with my hand left white streaks and I can’t imagine putting it down. Every footprint would have left a white mark. Customer service was useless as I just got a standard script unrelated to the quality issue and in one message I was told to order a sample pack for $15 to help in my decision. No thanks. Didn’t need a sample, just an honest description from the company.

First I will say that I absolutely love the colors of this rug. We bought the six by nine floral Coral and it has really brightened up our living room. But their hype on how easy it is is not true. Given we bought a big rug it was difficult to manipulate to get it to go on the pad straight. I also thought it would be thicker but with the padding it is thicker. I will say that the material feels very nice and soft, not rough or scratchy. Would I buy another one? Definitely not cuz it's not worth the hassle and it's just my husband and I so washing it isn't that important. Do your research and good luck
