I got the Strappy Block Heels for my bridal shower and they're so gorgeousss. They're not very comfortable, but I usually get bad blisters with heels. After a month of not being able to check out (turns out their system doesn't process credit cards and only accepts PayPal), I finally managed to place an order that got delayed in processing. During this saga, after communicating with the customer support team, nobody actually tried to help and resolve the issue quickly - all this at the time of the e-commerce boom when companies compete with the best customer service. Would not recommend anybody as dealing with this company will turn into a nightmare

Horrible vile staff at the Oxford street branch 431-433 near the adidas store. I allowed the staff member to check my bag because the alarm beeped when I tried to leave. Unbelievably after finding I didn't take anything the staff member tried to insinuate I was a theif because it was weird that the door didn't beep as I had entered.I only received a sarcastic apology once I had confronted this staff member about her treatment can't think but help this is because I am a black Muslim women.

I loved my visit to &Other Stories in Liverpool 1. This is only my second visit to this shop. The clothes are gorgeous, lovely quality. Staff at the shop so helpful without being pushy. Well laid out shop with so much choice. I will certainly be going back!!! Lovely shopping experience. Loads of outfits for special occasions or the races!!! Sometimes so much better actually visiting shops instead of online shopping.

Horrible quality, everytime I buy from stories, I am disappointed and underwhelmed by the quality of clothing. But for some reason, the pictures can be deceptive so I needed up ordering from them again. Had to return all of them due to shocking quality again, however it’s been nearly two weeks, according to my returning tracking, the parcel Still hasn’t returned back to them. I am starting to worry but according to other reviews, It looks like it’s normal and I will have to wait till after 14days to contact them. Wont be bothering ever again. Honestly it’s so over priced for what it is. Some H&M basics are at least much cheaper and not much difference in qualoty( both horrible)

I usually haven't had an issue with & other stories but recently my last 2 orders have had problems. One order was missing an item which got refunded quickly. But my second and most recent order was a selection of skirts. Instead of a skirt, I got a pair of gloves. I returned the whole order (except for one skirt) and now I've been refunded for one item out of four items returned.

I actually love &otherstories’ clothes, mainly the dresses. But their products have gotten fairly pricey over the last few years. However, I wasn’t too pleased with the last few orders I’ve made. Apparently the return policy has sneakily changed. It now costs €4 per return. I only got informed of this AFTER the return had been processed.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!! After waiting a week for delivery the WOOL COAT arrived. OMG the stench of the coat is horrendous. It has been sprayed with a chemical spray that smells horrendous. It's a cross between a CHARITY shop smell and toilet cleaner. After it was in the room for 10 minutes it caused me to have an asthma attack and have to use medication immediately. THIS STORE IS HORRENDOUS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The coat will have to be stored in the shed until It can be returned ASAP.

This company uses UPS to deliver items you order on-line. I paid £10.00 for express delivery and UPS won’t deliver it to me, they are modern day highway men… masks, capes the lot. Sorry but I will never order from you again until you change delivery company. Meanwhile I’m £310 out of pocket and nothing to show for it!
