Very poorly constructed. Sizes are completely off. Apparently they make clothing for square people? I would definitely not purchase from them! I bought from DriDuck and have been very pleased.

Bought CARHARTT for years...No more!

IVE BOUGHT DIRECT FROM CARHARTT FOR YEARS ON THEIR RETIRED MILITARY PROGRAM...I CALLED IN TODAY TO PLACE AN ORDER AND THE PRICE HAD INCREASED 40%...PLUS THE CSR ON THE PHONE COULDN'T EVEN PULL UP MY ACCOUNT!! AND TALKED DOWN TO ME THE WHOLE CONVERSATION.I HAD MY ACCOUNT PULLED UP $427 IN CUSTOMER LOYALTY POINTS...KEEP THEM!! IM CHANGING BRANDS!!! I bought the Detriot jacket in February…

I bought the Detriot jacket in February with the two way ykk slider on from a London authorised shop. Terrible ! Can’t close it as the two sliders do not match up . I’ve been advised to put a riri two way slider on by a specialist zip co in London and that’s going to cost £40. Why do you make these jackets knowing the zips are going to cause issues . I know friends who have returned them for this reason . Only reason I don’t want to return it is that you have stopped making it in the two way zipper style . I am annoyed I have to spend the extra money to get the jacket to work . Are you going to assist ?

I am an employee of Sunrun. Carhartt is a trusted brand by Sunrun. Unfortunetly, I received an item that the material isnt right (PATTERN). The jacket is Rain DEFENDER- BLACK - RELAXED FIT- MODEL NO. oj2208-M. When I wear the jacket, the shoulder make me look like a CYBORG. the shgoulders are not conforming to my shoulders like the SWEATSHIRTS you MAKE. MAKE THE ADJUSTMENTS.

30 Days For Refund - RIDICULOUS!!!

Ordered an item online, but had to return it as the longsleeve tshirt was stupidly too long...pike a bleeding dress! So Carhaartt take approx. 30 days (21 working days) to make a refund. What a joke!! Amazon, who also stock Carhartt clothing, will refund once an item is in the post back to them. Waiting 30 days for a refund is ridiculously excessive...GET A GRIP CARHAART - THIS IS NOT LOOKING AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! I won't be ordering any more Carhaartt clothing!!

Carhart jeans are junk.

I want to give carhart a zero. I bought many pairs of carhart jeans and every pair started to rip by the corner of the pockets. Today the crotch ripped on one and they are not about a month old. For the amount of money these jeans cost that is ridiculous. Going to have to iron on patches in those spots.

Horrid customer service

Horrid customer service. These employees via email were degrading and rude. I couldn't believe it. Paid for overnight shipping. Didn't show up for three days and UPS informed me it was Carhartts fault, they did not give the order to them in a timely fashion. The email I received was telling me I picked next day air at my own risk for 25.00 and too bad. Not reliable. They dont care. Read other reviews and they have the same generic response.

Wont allow you to cancel orders

Wont allow you to cancel orders. Website states "Customers are able to cancel their order within 1-2 hours after completing the purchase." This is a lie. Emailed to ask to cancel order within 15 mins, no response. Contacted using live chat within 1 hour of purchasing told its to late to cancel. All i wanted to do was cancel to reorder a different size, terrible customer service. Wish i had read these reviews first.

Beware - slowest refund ever

Beware, their website glitched and three hoodies bought and processed and paid for, told by customer service within minutes of orders all going through to simply return two no problem. Did this, sent proof and by consumer law it states refund should be given within 14 days, over a month on we are still waiting and still being given excuses. We won’t buy from them again.

Product Didn't Arrive and Carhartt Will Not Help

I ordered a sweatshirt ($75) and pair of socks through their website. The socks arrived, but the sweatshirt did not. Unfortunately, Carhartt refused to work with me on a solution: they wouldn't send a replacement or provide a refund or even a website credit. They didn't even ask for my side of the story: just flat-out refused to help. Very disappointed with Carhartt and will not be purchasing from them again.

Returns process is archaic and wholly unacceptable

Quality of the garment was no better than workwear - but it’s not expensive. The returns process is another matter - I returned an item on 7th February and three weeks later, it’s still ‘in transit’ despite being shown as delivered by the Post Office. So a ‘normal’ refund process is 5 weeks - which is completely unacceptable. My advice, get what you need from Arco - it’s not any worse in terms of quality and much much easier to deal with.

I have been using Carhartt for very many years now and this is not the first time I've gotten stuck in my truck because it broke down and let me just say on a cold night where it is just 17° and you have nothing else but Carhartt clothing on and Carhartt jackets keeping you warm all I got to say is wonderful product it saved my life yet again definitely a recommend for anyone who's never tried it out

Junk

Junk. Three pairs of bibs with constant zipper failures. To the credit of Carhartt the used to repair them free of charge. Key word us used to. Last two pairs were sent back "unrepairable" leg zippers. The company seems to be riding on the Carhartt legacy name while allowing quality and customer service/warranty to diminish.

Bought pretty much the most expensive jacket they sell. It is awesome but the zipper is worse than I can muster words for. It was easier to put my kids in snowsuits than to zip up my own coat. It sticks going up and down. Like it was sewn by a blind person!

I returned my order - for which there are banner ads flashed across the site - several weeks ago but no refund. Customer Service answered quickly but the interaction was appalling. They dismissed my enquiry and just told me that their policy was available when I placed the order. Wouldn't budge, wouldn't escalate. Apparently the 48 hour return label is to their internal courier and whilst they can track the parcel they either don't have it or haven't gotten round to opening it. Such poor customer service, terrible attitude to customers, unreasonable policy. Shame on you Carharrt B V - I will never be doing business with you again.

Ordered a t-shirt 14th June. It never arrived. Customer services re-ordered it (28/6) and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Sent it back the next day as not suitable. Still waiting for a refund for item sent 4 weeks ago! If your not in any rush then go for it if not avoid. Disappointing! I have contacted customer services several times keep getting told it is in progress! My order no is: 1078988961438. It is now 2 months since my order. Update- This eventually got refunded.

Professional company with quality clothes, I ordered for the first time online ( beanie ) , my order came fast and was packed up nicely, gave me an good impression, I wil for sure order again when I need something nice✌️

Avoid this company at all costs. I returned my order back on the 7th June 2022. Delivery was confirmed on the 9th. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND and it is now the 24th September 2022. Customer service is non existent. When contacted, I just get reminded of their policy. I can only assume that I won't be receiving a refund at this point.

Awfull hoodies

Awful experience. I ordered small and the shirt is so big not even my dad can wear it (he is not short and thin, quite the opposite). Completely different than on the pictures. Not nice material either and the seams are the ugliest thing I have ever seen. NOT free returns! They say free returns on their website, but that is not the case in reality. NOT FREE RETURNS! Which makes sense because that would bankrupt them on one day because their clothes are so bad everyone would want to return them.
