I ordered the Loop Engage Plus as I get overwhelmed with background noise but I found that they muffled the sound too well and conversations weren't possible while wearing them. I do like complete noise cancellation when sleeping but found these too hard compared to foam and they hurt my ears. I reached out to Loop as they offer a 100 day money back guaranteed and they offered me a refund without having to send the product back. The customer service was great, really quick and helpful. I will pass these on to someone who might be able to use them but if you are deciding what to do, I can recommend trying them as they offer a great return option if they just aren't for you. Delivery comes from Europe so does take some time but that is to be expected and they do make you aware of that.

Ordered a pair of "Engage plus" on 26/05. they were not event transmitted to the carrier on the 30/05, after a complain to customer service they finnaly got sent the 01/06, we're today 16/06 and i'm still very much waiting for the delivery, 2nd attempt to customer support was helpless a brief "Oh yeah that suck when you should get the package but you don't get it". When I reached out to customer support I was told I'm a 5% minority, who need the XXS, so suck it up princess and spend another $19.95 plus $7.95 for postage. Incredibly poor customer service and support. Also the solution provided is excessive, I don't want 3 extra tip and an extra mute. I bought the mute pack. I need a set XXS tips. If it really was less then 5% of your customer needing the XXS then a good company would provide they same service they do to the other 95% and send them a single set of XXS.
