Grove laundry sheets not as safe …
Overall I really like Grove and it’s products but I recently was very disappointed in one. Their laundry sheets which should be environmentally safe are not all they are made out to be. They don’t always dissolve. They left residue on my jeans and slacks that was hard to remove except by washing again with a different detergent (and I used it a number of times to make sure) I also found out that some of these sheets have the microplastics in them to hold them together so not quite environmentally safe! I threw them out as there was no money back if dissatisfied

The products are nice, however they offer no ability to blacklist delivery services. This time, they used the one that routinely leaves my packages at the road to be stollen/run over, etc. I will have to find another source for products like these because I can’t chance them using lazership again.

I've loved my experience with Grove so…
I've loved my experience with Grove so far but, I enjoy the ease and convenience of subscription boxes. If you aren't someone who stays on top of your orders I could see how even with the option to skip, it might get frustrating. We've been subscribed for a little over a year now and with a family of four and two dogs, I've gotten about 5 boxes so far. Usually right after I receive an order I set the next delivery date for a few months ahead so I can place my next order when I'm ready.

Has corrupt practices with unauthorized orders being placed sent and charged without my consent to unauthorized charges time after time, even years after I called and told them to cancel everything I have with them. This time I’m reporting it to an attorney. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Sneaky - read the reviews!
I made an order to try out some of their products. I didn’t sign up for subscriptions and months later I get an email saying my order has been processed. They automatically sign you up for a repeat order of previous products you have purchased and charge you using your original payment method. You then have to contact them to get a refund. They also save your credit card details without your authorization and to remove that card information I had to deactivate my account. It’s a bit sneaky and dishonest.

Had the same experience as Pam Engebretson (another reviewer on this page). She's spot on. They won't actually cancel you in the sense of getting rid of your account in their system, and your cart keeps filling with stuff you did not voluntarily go in there and select to buy. The subscription terms are not clear. You have to get into a whole song and dance to back out of things you didn't realize you had been streamed into signing up for and even then they seem to want to hang onto your information and account and not delete it?

I was skeptical at 1st because I have noticed a lot of times that cleaning products that are Eco friendly can sometimes not be as good as ones that are not Eco friendly. However I absolutely love groves products. I got my Box 2 days ago and I'm very happy with the fact that the all purpose cleaner and the glass cleaner does not have a strong chemical odor. The soap is amazing and I love the sponges. I will continue to order every month. The all purpose cleaner cleans very well and so does the glass cleaner. Lots of room for improvement
I love the business idea behind Grove.co and I really wish to see any company that focuses on sustainable products be successful. However, Grove just gets some of the basics wrong. You can’t just order products like you can elsewhere. You’re enrolled in some form of subscription, which is annoying. To make matters worse, their prices are often higher than at other retailers. And last but not least, their customer service is below par. All in all, lots to improve.

Ever since I've discovered Grove, I have been excited to clean my house! I never thought that I'd be this excited to buy cleaning supplies, among other things, as well! Grove sells products that are good for our environment ("clean") at a lesser price than you can find at any store, especially if you subscribe to their yearly membership (which is SO AFFORDABLE btw), and you get free shipping AND free products if you meet certain order minimums. They sell not only cleaning supplies but also makeup, skincare, vitamins etc. I absolutely love their Superbloom skincare line. Anyway , I highly recommend Grove!

They send orders that I never requested!
I ordered a few products and they automatically sent me "gift" items to try out more of their products. Now about two weeks later I get an email that they are sending me another order. I did NOT order anything more from this company. They will not provide a phone number to contact them either. I will be reporting them to my credit card as a fraudulent company with unethical business practices. I thought it was weird that they automatically load up your shopping cart with stuff you don't want, but I never suspected they would actually send me stuff I never ordered!! I was only on their website once.

My daughter sent me the invitation for Grove and I’ve been enjoying the products and the free gifts.
