This company is horrible. The phone never worked, texts were only seen in preview mode. No messages found in text screen/menu - just blank. Ordered and paid extra for music app- that never worked at all. 40 support messages later, I was left with instructions to upgrade and reset multiple times but that never solved the issue. Impossible to speak to a live support agent - only recived "your ticket is open". Cancelled service with in 30 days of activation and was told I do not get a refund on the device or services that were incomplete. I feel frauded and robbed. Do not use this product!!!
Gabb phones are great! They fit the bill for what our teen should be doing with a phone. Coming home from a ski weekend, he lost his phone between the Uber and the baggage drop. The customer service rep, Nicole, could not have been nicer or more patient helping to resume our son's service on his replacement phone. Initially, we had technical issues with his first phone. We found their tech support to also be super polite and patient with us!. Hooray, Gabb!
Impossible to reach a real human person. Plan pricing is not transparent (was told my plan was $17.99 a month, but billing went from $22.04 and has crept up to $26.41). The location feature in the parent app never works.
We'll help you find the best stuff and love the stuff you own.
