The best customer service I have ever had! Contacted Gymshark after receiving a faulty item with my first order. The team was very friendly and willing to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. I would like to give zero stars. I bought a total of 4 leggings and a shirt, each legging cost me around $60 plus tax, the pants ripped and I contacted GymShark customer service, they told me that it would not be possible to exchange anything because the order was More than 6 months have passed. To be honest, I have leggings that I bought from Ross Store and paid less than $10 and have had them for over 5 years and never had any issues. It's a shame to be treated like this and not have a quality product as per what they say they offer. I don't recommend GymShark

Made numerous Gymshark purchases over the years and the quality of service has unfortunately declined. Ordered a number of items during a recent sale and received shipping confirmation after a couple of days. However, nearly two weeks had past and the parcel hadn’t arrived so I checked the tracking information and the courier still hadn’t received the parcel. So I contacted customer service who looked into it and informed me that my order was “lost in transit” and that the majority of my order was now out of stock and that they could only offer me a gift card for these items. Naturally I checked the site to see if they were showing as out of stock which they weren’t! I raised this with the customer service person and they said they can’t send out replacements for these items as they need to keep stock available for the site even though I had ordered through the site and hadn’t received my order (by this time the sale had ended so the items were available at full price). After a few back and forths with them I lost patience and decided to get a refund for the entire order. I could have ordered the same items again at full price but because I ordered during the sale they couldn’t fulfil my order that THEY lost. This review will probably receive a very generic response if at all, just like the email I received asking for a review after I expressed my disappointment saying “You're very welcome, we're glad we could help.”

However, they are brand new so I'm not too surprised but they're quite snug. I'm a size 16 overall but Internet shopping I go larger for obvious reasons. The texture seems quite thin so I'm a little worried how long they will last considering I will be wearing these for gym and work, I got these in the sale so I'm going to have to wait and see! Fingers crossed they won't rip embarrassingly. I have a pair of fabletics leggings that have lasted for 5 years and I love them, so durable and comfy but are starting to thin in places. I’m getting the dreaded roll down and have to keep Pulling them up. The bottoms do not hug my ankles like my Nike ones do. Would not repurchase if I’m honest.
