A++ Customer Service, and I haven't even received my wallet yet. The shipping company lost the package. After waiting 5 days for the tracking to update, I called the shipping company and they said to contact the seller. I emailed Ekster Customer Service on Saturday evening, and on Sunday morning they responded that most likely the package was lost and gave me the option of a complete refund or expedited shipping on a replacement order (at no cost, of course).
