My wife purchased me a pair of shoes described as "The ECCO GRUUV sneakers are specially engineered to provide a comfortable walking experience and support your every step." They have elastic laces - brain-dead feature for a walking shoe, they lacerate your heels after only 10 mins walking at pace. Ecco would not even offer a pair of proper laces to solve the issue, no help, just blamed me for not knowing how to walk, what socks to wear etc., anything to brush me off. I ordered shoes on 3rd June today is 17th June. No shoes have arrived. Customer services is very poor; they talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. My tracking shows my order sent out via parcelforce on 5th June, arriving at my local depot on, and in the hands of delivery partner on 7th. Next thing I see is my shoes arriving back at the Bristol depot on 10th June. Three phone calls and 2 emails later I have been told each time “I will find out from parcelforce what is going on and get back to you”. None of the operators have got back to me.

At one time I had 12 pair of ECCO sandals in my closet. When I found a new style, I ordered it in every color. So when I saw Women's EXOWRAP 3-STRAP SANDAL with what appeared to be an adjustable velcro strap across the instep, besides 2 other velcro straps at the ankle, I ordered them. Big disappointment: the front strap is not adjustable! And the strap across the front of my ankle is velcro that touches the skin where the fabric is too narrow! Or touches the hem of my leggings which will shred the fabric in no time! Who is your new designer?? I thought the biggest problem over time with your product was that the sole would shred and could not be repaired. So disappointed :-(
