Firstly, I love that it comes from the US and not some warehouse here where it could have been sat for however long. I am really not bothered by having to wait for something I wanted as I have toyed with having these for a while, but class them as a bit of a luxury for myself. I have only used one of the bars so far having ordered three separate ones, but so far I am more than happy. Love the smell, and feel and generally it’s what I expected and looked forward too. Will I get a month out of each? I doubt it being a hairy bear and generally enjoying a couple of showers a day most days, but I won’t be too bothered about that. Only negative for me is the soap savers a bit over priced I think for untreated pine, but I just waxed mine and gave it some feet so it’s not sat in the water that runs off. I will be trying the hair care at some point, but having recently gone from long hair to clipped back, it’s not a must, and the soap seems to do well for my scalp too, I just love the smell. Don't buy if you expecting it straight away. It may say a UK website but it still comes from America. Took 4 days to get a response of an update on dispatch. Then after that it took another week for it to arrive. The soap is ok. I mean I'm clean but the fragrance is more subtle than expected. I found Eco warrior men's edit a far better soap. I will say that it lathers up well and the grit or coconut shell that's in it does work. One great thing to take away from all the hype tho, it's got less people using plastic. One of the reasons I went to soap, bathroom full of plastic bottles, but there is better and cheap out there tho

To say I am dissapointed is an understatement, so I told nobody to my household I am using a new soap, so I used it, smells lovely while using it, thing is, when I got out the shower you cannot even smell it on my skin, nobody in my house could even smell it on me and the sticks, well no good either, for the price I paid I am very dissapointed, any other soap anybody can recommend any other soap?

Product is pretty good and I'm enjoying using it, however, I doubt I'll order again. The marketing style is more a bombardment and the order took too long to even get processed. I went through the UK website thinking it meant they had a UK based warehouse, but then after ordering found out it was coming from the US. I try to limit unnecessary overseas shipping but at that stage it doesn't allow for refunds so I reluctantly had to follow through. All in all, not worth the wait.

Thought I would give this company a go. Order took 2 weeks to arrive and then had an item missing. Not a good start and really didn't give me the confidence to consider using again. First impressions and all that? The product smells nice and feels good to use, but one bar lasted a little over a week. There are plenty soaps out there that I can get quicker and still smell nice. My skin especially my forearms and calves used to be so dry and flaky after a shower, I've been using Dr squatch for 3 weeks now Pine tar, bay rum and cold brew cleanse and my skin is far better and cleaner, I can leave the house without moisturiser which was a no go before. Bars last around 2 weeks with regular showering, I would have given 5* but it is expensive!

Alpine Sage - What a smell!
I'm a lover of the Squatch range. So far I've had Fresh Falls (brilliant soap, shampoo, conditioner and deodorant), Pine Tar (fantastic soap, shampoo and conditioner. Deodorant is weak and messy with charcoal stains) and Alpine Sage. (This maybe my new favourite deodorant - can't wait for a full Squatch range with Shampoo and Conditioner). Sadly the Pine Tar deodorant leaves a hell of a lot to be desired. It's weak smelling, doesn't last long, and leaves horrible charcoal stains on your whites. Overall the best bundle so far is Fresh Falls, however, I am waiting patiently for a full Alpine Sage range.

The service to get the products took a little long but that was the only issue, having received the products I love them!!! I’m nearly 10 days in and the bar of soap is going strong bay rum is what I’m using at the moment. Definitely feel cleaner and my skin feels better too. I think that a soap holder should come with your first time order. Look forward to using pine tar next. It’s pricy which is why I will not be subscribing would like to see the price come down a little. The shampoo and conditioner are brilliant as well will not be going back to shower gel. Look forward to purchasing more products when I am through with what I have in this bundle

This is totally unacceptable and this will be my first and last time ordering from them! Shipping said 3-7 days and I am just now getting a tracking number on day 7, AFTER emailing me them about not receiving any shipping information! If I had to rate them from 1-10, with 1 being the worst, I give them a -50!!! Glad I didn't go all out and get the bundle package! Just ordered a soap and deodorant to see how their products are, but they can't even get their shipping correct, & got the nerve to charge $13 for deodorant and $7 for a bar of soap! I was bought the deal with 3 soaps and 3 deodorants for xmas. Was excited to try but pretty disappointed. Soaps: -the soaps all smell great, but the scent doesn’t last long. - the bar of soap lasts a week if you’re lucky, though it does lather well and makes you feel clean. Deodorant: Scrnts are amazing and last long. The only thing letting the deodorants down for me is that they stain your clothing, obviously around your arm pit area, and its not subtle stains. Easy enough to get out if you soak your pits in vinegar and bi carb before washing. But this is just an added effort and expense, for products that are already pretty expensive.

So delivery was not ideal despite multiple emails to their customer service team stating that i need the items to arrive in a timely manner before i travel abroad. Ordered on the 29th November 2022 Delivered on the 20th December 2022 Other than that poor experience, the customer service team have given me a £8 refund on the next order, and could not just give me another bar of soap. The product smells amazing but a soap bar will definitely not last a month of regular use. The soap sacer arrived damaged and chipped. Overall i love the product but i feel its far too expensive for soemthing that is used up so quickly. Im glad i was able to try it on a discounted price. The deodorant is also very nice but again not sure how long it will last.

Avoid this company at all costs
Please avoid this company. Their infrastructure is clearly non-existant to fulfil orders. I have documented evidence of an original order placed in October 2022 that was not picked up by the assigned courier from wherever their European depot is (who knows?) I am now at January 2023 after having gone through 2 more iterations & re-establishing of the same order by their own supposed customer support team, all the time with the assurance it won't happen again. Guess what..still no pick up. I've now just received an email saying my money will be refunded. I'm not convinced even that will happen so hence I have my lawyers on standby which is a sad state of affairs. (Edited to update to say that the refund was processed & received but interestingly I note that the same non-delivery issues have been experienced by numerous customers on here) Dr Squatch if anyone is monitoring this then my order numbers that you yourselves have generated are:- UK133872 (not picked up by courier) UK147186 (re-generated by you because your own courier failed to pick-up) I've given you 3 months to get your act together but each time you've failed. I love the product, but as many people have stated, the shipping has been an issue during the holidays. I would say normally their shipping times take a little longer than most things I get, but I don’t think they were prepared for the holiday. Not sure when I’ll receive my order, but if Dr. Squatch “ruined your Christmas”. I think that is pretty sad that a soap company holds the key to your future. What is this fight club?

Totally disappointed in this company, after ordering I am still waiting for my tracking information. Ordered on Dec. 4th for Christmas.... after numerous chats back and forth, excuse after excuse I finally contacted paypal for a refund. I would ADVISE ANYONE to be very careful ordering from this Company.... Lots of disappointment this Christmas!!!!! Not cheap but fabulous soap!
I used to have dry flaky skin on my arms, elbows and calves been using Dr squatch for a few months and I no longer need to moisturise, fabulous scents Pine tar, coconut & cold brew cleanse are my favorites. I subscribed to the 6 bars every 3 months and the service to the UK has been first rate! Knocked a star off because it's not the cheapest, but a very happy customer.

The concept is amazing. There are multiple different products that cover their primary scents. So it allows you not only to get one personal care option but get multiple different things such as Bar Soaps and Hair Care products. This flexibility is amazing, it allows you to one-stop shop. HOWEVER, you cannot rely on their shipping. When you mention slow shipping times support offers compensation(From my one-time experience and based on other reviews I have read.). Which isn't a horrible practice however it doesn't address the issue the company keeps having. It took me nearly three weeks to receive two different orders. The middle rating(3/5) is the perfect rating for Dr. Squatch at this current time. Products are good, but service is bad.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED
DO NOT PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order on 12/19 as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas. I selected express 2 day shipping and processing during checkout to make sure that it arrived on time. It was an additional $20 on top of my already pricey order. Today is 12/28, so it has been 9 days so far and I still haven't received my order. I contacted customer service via their website and asked for a refund for the expedited shipping/processing since my order should have arrived by 12/23 or at least around there. Sadie from customer service reached out, and this was her response: "It looks like you placed your order on December 19. Our cutoff date for Priority Shipping was December 16. Kindly, know that we don't have Priority shipping and processing, this time frame is related to the shipping carrier. Our team of Squatchers needs 1-5 business days to get your order ready for shipping, and another 2 business days for your order to arrive with Express Shipping." She then stated that my order was shipped out 12/26, which in theory means I should receive my order by today. However tracking states that my order won't arrive until 12/30 or later. Which means it STILL isn't 2 day shipping. I understand that around the holidays can be a busier time, but my question is - if Dr. Squatch's processing & fulfillment center can't uphold their promises with express shipping, WHY IS IT AN OPTION THAT I COULD PAY EXTRA FOR?? Especially when customer service clearly told me "we don't have priority shipping and processing." If the cutoff date for supposed express shipping was 12/16, why was it still an available option during checkout? And why is it so hard to give me a refund for a service I clearly didn't receive? To me it comes off as the company is trying to get people to pay for express shipping when they KNOW they don't have the capabilities to fulfill that promise. Very deceitful company with very poor customer service & no regard for customer concerns. Don't pay for any expedited shipping from them, as it is a complete SCAM and your order will take weeks to arrive regardless. Plenty of other companies that genuinely care about customer satisfaction and won't try to scam you out of your money with FALSE shipping/processing promises and practice better customer service that you could purchase instead. I am going to still continue to bring up this issue with customer service until I receive a refund, and will update my review if anything changes.

I remain undecided as to whether or not this Company is a genuine supplier or a fraudulent fictitious vehicle. Ordered a few times from the site and all been well. Thought a few family members would enjoy so on the 10th Dec placed an order for about £170 worth of bits. Today got a message saying it had been shipped 9 working days later, an email to the company and get the response of "Good news!! you should receive that by the 20th Jan!!!" They won't let me cancel it as i missed their window regardless of them missing their ship in 1-3 days window. The product is good, quickly used but good but this is silly. I am now looking to find a UK based version.
