Since the product is so expensive and I was seeing results, I messaged the company to cancel my subscription (after I got my second box) to which they replied that they would. Now, a couple months after I canceled my subscription I see a charge for $113 from them and another box came a couple days later. I open my account and it says “would you like to resume your subscription?” So I message the company because I thought they had cancelled my subscription when I asked them to. They said they would make sure it was canceled but that they couldn’t give me a refund even tho they are the ones who didn’t cancel my subscription the first time I told them to.

I did experience a lot of purging but was told that was normal. It never took my acne completely away either. It was a bit pricey as well. I do like how the doctors look at your photos and such. What I didn’t like was that I was told that I should try Accutane. When I told the doctor I didn’t want to try Accutane because I am diagnosed with depression and was always told Accutane should not be an option for me, I got a response to contact a S****** help line ASAP. I was taken back by this as I am not sure why a doctor would tell me to contact a S****** Help Line based off of their recommendation. It was offensive to me and bothered me.
