I wish I could break down this review into different categories. When it comes to the style and quality of clothes it's a 4.5/5. I get constantly complimented and asked where I shop whenever I wear a Chicwish dress. My only caution here is around tops. They don't always note when a top is cropped so check length in measurements carefully and keep in mind how large your bust is (I'm a 38C and find the tops are often too short on me). Also for the prices of stops in CAD they seem very marked up. The photos of tops also seems highly inaccurate which is strange considering how accurate dress photos are in reality. Where I have to ding them is in shipping and fulfilment. I have ordered around 4x so far and only once did I get a reasonable shipping timeline. I understand customs from China to Canada can be a pain but this has more to do with the 2 week timeframe it seems to take to even get the order sent in the first place. Similar Chinese clothing websites seem absurdly fast in comparison (SHEIN, Cider). The other area I have to hit them on is inventory management. In 2 of my orders one or two items out of my orders seemed in stock. No communication about them being out of stock. Then I would receive my orders with these items missing in spite of the full amount being charged. In both cases the out of stock items showed up about 2-3 months after the rest of the order. Again, I understand with these huge garment factories that this must be complex to manage but communicate with your customers and give them the option to cancel the out of stock items. Finally I am not sure it's legal to charge for items that have not yet been shipped and fulfilled. If they are knowingly doing this, this might be illegal in some countries. That said the clothes are too nice to pass on. They're elegant and even though they're at more of a Hudson Bay price point, I never find anything half as stylish with North American sites. Will continue to use but want to see some improvements. Especially on the finicky country and currency conversion tool.

Chicwish have a lot of red flags for being dodgy but actually they are not just another low quality fast fashion brand. All items I have ordered look exactly like the photos and comfortably fit well. They have their own look rather than stealing other people's designs. I have an awkward body shape and their designs often use stretchy knitted fabric which really helps.
