Spent so much money on rings here and they have all tarnished after less than a year. Not worth the money- places like Pandora will be the same price but higher quality! I have a £50 voucher left to spend but am so unbothered about it because any jewellery will tarnish/won't last.

Purchased an earring and necklace set for my partners birthday. When it arrived I didn’t look in the gift box and the necklace and one earring was missing when opened… I asked initially for a refund for the necklace as me and my partner were going to a store the following day but I was told I’d have to send the singular earring back, one that my partner had started wearing. Instead of a refund they said they’d send the necklace only out which was 6 days ago. I’ve now asked them to just keep it and cancel the delivery of the necklace as I’m not interested in dealing with this company. So earring down, necklace down, and 120 quid down. Update - Jodie from the customer care team has just rectified the issue and has gone above and beyond what I was expecting. I wasn’t writing this to receive anymore than I paid for, I just found the lack of a suitable resolution was frustrating. Again thank you Jodie

I returned an item using their return label, not thinking I would need to keep a photo of the tracking. They now are lying saying they don't know the tracking on their own label! Says it is my fault. They have my return and I'm out $500! had to open a dispute with my bank. Theives

The clasp on my earrings broke and they ended up sadly falling into my toilet, would you believe. Less than one after purchase and all. Quality is not built to last, better. Much better service with Missoma who've got a two-year warranty and sorted out my broken necklace no problem.

After having trouble with a piercing which the jewellery unfortunately fell out and became lost within a few weeks of being pierced, I contacted A&M to see if it would be covered under their 12 week guarantee.
