Absolutely terrible website. Twice now over the last 2 nights I’ve spent time on the website shopping and twice it’s not let me complete the order. Each time it gets to the bit where my bank send me a passcode the Green passcode button to text me the code is hidden and won’t let me proceed. I refreshed the page and my shopping bag is empty. £500 lost All saints and I will now go somewhere else. Not wasting any more time. Get it sorted, this must be affecting your business sales. I have always loved Allsaints design; their clothing is unique, stylish and diverse. What I have recently learned is that their in store service is as wonderful as their clothes! In the past I have placed a few on line orders, but last week was the first time I visited their store at the Domain, Austin TX. Feeling a few years and pounds over Allsaints ideal target group :) I did not expect that my store experience will be so amazing. While everybody working that day were super nice, young lady named Parmida is the reason I am writing this. Parmida was incredible! Soft spoken, pleasant and knowledgeable ; she took time to learn what I am looking for and came up with some amazing outfit combinations for me. I wish I was a Mystery shopper for a Allsaints , that way I could report back what an incredible customer service I received. Since that’s not the case, I am hoping that this review will be seen by her manager, because Parmida was the best Allsaints accessory I discovered in the store.

This review pertains to the website- not the physical stores. I will never consider buying here again. I bought a sweater size M online. I already have 2 AllSaints sweaters, same model, and they fit perfectly. When the new sweater arrived, the sizing was substantially different from the one i already have. Although they all said 'M', the sleeves of the new sweater were 7cm shorter. hence the sweater was too small and I returned it. I was already surprised i had to pay for shipping on a €115 item and now i had to pay to return it! So i lost €15 in shipping as AllSaints can't get their sizing right. On top of that, shipping took a week... After i wrote their customer service they promised to refund my €15 shipping costs by May 6th. It's now May 9th and I still haven't received the shipping cost refund. I will not use them again.

I have received incomplete order and informed customer service straightaway about the issue. After 16 days and chain of emails, there's still no solution. Every 48 hours they keep telling me that it is being investigated and that someone from their Global E provider team is going to get back to me shortly. Noone is getting back, I need to chase every 2 days - neither do I have the ordered item, nor the refund for it. I've bought a number of plain t-shirts from AllSaints over the last few years. They fit me better than most other brands, giving room for broad shoulders but tight around the abdomen for a flattering look. Sadly, the great fit and look isn't backed up by quality. Every single t-shirt, after just a few wears, develops small holes low-down in the centre (gradually getting bigger), where it touches my jeans. The thread count seems to have been steadily reducing, as the most recent one I bought lasted one wear and one wash before the hole appeared. That's simply not acceptable - I've had other t-shirts for years with no holes appearing, but every AllSaints one without exception quickly deteriorates. Sort your quality out.

Highly overpriced. Quality of some items is just ridiculous. Whereas jeans garments are quite alright, cotton items are only suitable for washing floor. Quality of cotton is probably same as you would get from Shein or aliexpress, just instead of few dollars it costs 40-50 pounds. I started buying only from responsible brands and am much happier with their quality. The price is almost the same, but the quality is incomparable.

There is no better outcome that I could have asked for. ______________________ Very disappointed that my Hayes Leather Backpack started falling apart within 2 years. The worst customer service for a high end brand. I’ve got a bottle of perfume that’s faulty (it doesn’t spray) and I’ve been emailing for a week and a half trying to get an exchange. Every time I get an email back it’s asking me for details I’ve already given. Absolute shambles for something they’re broken and they’re duty to swap!
